Selling & cross selling travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions.
    

Sales conversion & efficient customer service.
    

Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
    

Dealing with customers and meet customer requirements in English Language.
    

Excellent communication skills.
    

24*7 work environment
    

0-2 years of experience in voice process.
    

Rotational shifts (Includes Night Shifts)
    

Free cab facility(*)
    

NOTE: No B.Tech Freshers are required.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should be flexible for rotational shifts.
    

Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts.
